Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a perishable item you received from Stay Real Food Inc, you generally do not need to return the item. We have a 5-day exchange/refund policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a exchange/refund.
To be eligible for a exchange/refund, your must contact us at info@stayrealfoodinc.com and within five (5) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If related to the condition of a Product, we, at our sole discretion, may give you credit for the individual Product, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund for the Product. We reserve the right, however, to require either the return of the unsatisfactory Product, or a photograph of such, before any partial/full refund or credit will be issued. Any future release, update or other addition to the Offerings shall be subject to this Agreement. Factor, its suppliers, and its service providers reserve all rights not granted in this Agreement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the perishable nature of our items, you do not need to return the product. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized meals) and containers are not returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
