Stay Real Food Inc. Shipping Policy

Our cookies are baked daily and without preservatives. Once shipped, it takes 2-3 days to arrive. 
*Please note that once your order is placed, it does not mean you will receive it in 2-3 days.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you with the tracking number.

From the time the tracking is sent, please allow a few business days for the system update. We bake Monday through Thursday. We will only give couriers shipments to pick up, knowing that the package will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. 

Upon arrival, we recommend storing the cookies in the fridge or even the freezer. Thaw or defrost overnight, but we don’t recommend putting them in the toaster because the chewy texture may change.

They will be awesome for up to 6 months frozen or one month refrigerated

Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the recipient is not available to receive the package during delivery.
 
We highly recommend that someone be available to accept your local delivery package so that the cookies can be refrigerated or put in a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
